I am an old soul with a love for Frank Sinatra, photography, vinyls, animals, men in flannels and of course...cooking.
I studied Advertising and Marketing before realizing that my future was much more appetizing than I had anticipated. I was a student by day, food enthusiast by night. My appreciation for cooking and baking began at a young age and thrived as time went on.
Having the opportunity to live on my own, I made some serious lifestyle changes. I transitioned into eating a mostly vegetarian diet and discovered my love for wholesome and nourishing ingredients. Immediately, I noticed unbelievable changes in both my body and mind.
I whole-heartedly love developing recipes, taste-testing, and photographing the food that we prepare to share with all of you. I have a passion for creating visually beautiful things, as I inspire others to join me in living a more healthful lifestyle.

About Me...
As a recent fashion design grad and self-proclaimed waffle chef, I’d have to say my love for cooking began when I learned that I wouldn’t have time for it—college. Between hours of sewing, developing ideas, and late-night study sessions, there was very little time to put together healthy meals. It forced me to learn how to incorporate a healthy eating lifestyle into my busy life, and I learned to love everything about cooking with plant-based foods. Healthy eating became an everyday regime, vegetables became a staple food, and my love for food photography naturally found its way. A sustainable way of living is my lifestyle. I don’t diet. I don’t deprive myself. I simply cook and eat what’s good for my body--all awhile hitting every kind of craving. Creativity is the center of my life, and healthy, delicious food gives me the brain power I need to get there—so let’s cook and get healthy together. |
