Nothing like an ice cold matcha green tea latte on this last hot summer day! And yes yes, it's healthy & vegan too. The taste is just decadent, and its sure to provide me with plenty of energy for the rest of the day. Just one cup has as many antioxidants as 10 cups of green tea! Crazy, right? So simply to make and little sweetener is needed. Happy end of summer! Ingredients:

And the secret ingredient to these Matcha Green Tea Pancakes was spinach, of course! I cannot help but add in some form of vegetable to boost any recipe's nutritional content whenever I cook! And it creates a deeper green colour to complement the matcha powder!
